Architectural Restoration & Interiors. Did a detailed costing of essential architectural restoration and design work with local British contractors. Designed for SAARC Conference the Multipurpose Hall, now used for their National Assembly. Also Designed the Offices of His Majesty and Ministers of External Affairs and Finance. State-of-the-art audio-visual facilities incorporated into an entirely Bhutanese Buddhist interior.

Concept Committee Member for the Memorial to the late former Prime minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi, created at the site of his assassination on May 21st 1992. With a colleague, Mr. Romesh Chopra, co-ordinated this Project from design conception to execution. This Memorial at Sriperumbudur was dedicated to the nation by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, President of India, on October 10th 2003.
