This apartment is organised through a clear architectural logic: all public functions are positioned to the left of the entrance, while the private zones occupy the right. Entry is through finely crafted wood-ribbed double doors with a cast- brass handle from KoKo by K2India, leading into a generous lobby that anchors the spatial layout. To the right, a sequence of bedrooms and personal spaces forms the private wing.

To the left, the spatial narrative unfolds gradually. The mandir— marked by hand-painted doors by Jaipur artists—serves as the first point of pause. Beyond it lie the TV room and the study, aligned along a linear axis that culminates in full-height glass doors opening into the living and dining spaces. These rooms are designed as a continuous, flexible volume, with floor-to-ceiling glazing bringing daylight deep into the interior and visually extending the spaces outward.

Further along this public spine, a passage leads to the powder room, storeroom, and a well-appointed kitchen. Four thoughtfully detailed bedrooms cater to the specific needs and habits of each family member.

The material palette is conceived as a sophisticated study in tonal warmth— “50 Shades of Brown.” This neutral foundation provides coherence while allowing each room to develop its own identity through calibrated colour accents. Bronze elements introduced through furniture, decorative lighting, and accessories add depth and a refined metallic sheen. Layered textures, crafted materials, and curated artefacts together create an atmosphere of understated luxury and enduring calm.
